Ugh. I think it's high time I called a semi-hiatus. I'm sure most of you know that work has really been kicking my ass and taking all my energy. But I'm sick on top of that now and trying to tag and keep up with RP right now is seriously stressing me out. I'll get to tagging stuff soon, even though I'm painfully slow these days.

[The bird chirps again, flapping his wings] [Himawari laughs, and pets him with one finger]
I'm sorry, I guess doing this every day must be kind of boring, huh?
[Tanpopo ruffles up again and then flies away, beyond the camera's view. Himawari watches wherever he's gone with mild interest but he returns shortly, holding a wrapped sweet in his beak, returning from the shelves where he picked one out] [She holds out her hand to him and he lands there, dropping the candy into her palm and pushing a few of her fingers to curl around it with his beak]
Oh...! [looks down at the candy and back up at the bird on her finger] A gift, Tanpopo?
[The bird looks rather satisfied at this and 'pi's before pecking affectionately at her cheek] [She quietly laughs again] Thank you... |

I decided Fay wasn't reaching his emo potential, so Kuro's actually going home for the rest of my hiatus. And while I'm at it, everyone else is too. But they'll be back when my hiatus ends around the 8th or so. Thanks guys :)

[Forward-dated to next Tuesday, after-school, when his classes are done]
[Video comes on at a weird angle to show an overturned stool, and a shattered bowl beside it leaking some sort of batter onto the floor. It's quite a wonderful mess, and if you look closely enough, you can see a bit of red liquid on a few of the shards - someone's attempted to clean up, apparently, and cut themselves.
Past the fallen stool is the bench it's supposed to be placed beside, and in the hollow beneath a little blond figure in far-too-large white clothes can be seen huddled, with a smear of red on his arm from where he's held it with his hand. He's not making any noise, but there's a definite wobble going on from what you can see of his face. (Somebody's upset.)]

Like every cool kid out there here's Val calling a Thanksgiving hiatus. I'm going home to celebrate with my family and then tacking in as much schoolwork as I can as soon as I go back to campus. Probably re-re-read RGV again too. >.> And who knows. Maybe this will give someone else time to reread MKR... o.O

I was going to grade some papers before going home, but it's starting to snow, so I think I'll bring them home with me. It looks like it might get heavy tonight, so I hope all the students head home in a timely manner.
Subaru-kun, have you left yet? I think I'll stop at the market on the way home, if you'd care to join me. It's always nice to have the kitchen well stocked when the weather gets bad. |

Okay, I'll just get this out of the way now. @_@ From now until probably mid-January I'm going to be on a weird semi-hiatus. I just haven't had any will to tag lately, but I think that's mostly because I'm so far from home and I'm starting to get pretty lonely and homesick. :( I'll still be around, just... don't expect me to be terribly active. Not that I have been anyway.
The last week in December, starting about the 26, it'll probably move to a total hiatus. My best friend from home is actually flying to Japan to spend New Years with me, and we're going home together on January 5. So that week will probably consist of a lot of sight seeing and shenanigans, and not so much internet time.
Even after I get home, I have to deal with moving back to school and getting settled into classes, so I doubt my activity will be totally back to normal before mid-January. For now, I'll be around, and everyone's staying. I may pull them home that last week of December, but I'll post again once that gets closer.

Okay remember two weeks ago when I was all "lol semi hiatus!" and then that actually didn't happen? Well, for real this time. The next two days will be busy as I finish up last minute homework and go home, and once home I'll be spending time trying to be social derp. And once I get back it's crunch time up until around the 15th of December.
So, just wanted to warn everyone that if I disappear for a few days at a time it's because I was swallowed by the homework monster. But we also know how much I fail at semi-hiatuses, so there will probably be just as many days when I'm tagging and not doing anything productive.
This effects too many people Ueda, both Fuumas, Himawari, Yuzuriha, dead!Sakura, and little!Kurogane. |

I've had my cast removed today, everyone, so I'm pleased to announce my classes can go back to normal as soon as the week resumes. Thank you very much for your assistance these past few weeks, Seishirou-sensei - it was greatly appreciated.

I found some mushrooms in the park on the way home today; they're of the edible kind, so I'll be using them in stew for dinner tonight. I want to play the piano again - it's surprising how much I've missed it after playing it so intensively for a while, and then not playing at all. You could bring Kurogane-sensei along if he's available as well; I'm sure he wouldn't mind having a drink with us.

For the next week or two, until midterms are done and I've finished my papers, I think my semi-hiatus'll have to morph into a full hiatus. Nobody's going home since it'll only be two weeks or so, but I won't be posting, since that's usually what hiatus means!

Have a Sei BATHED in blood, because the event said hands and arms but you can be dramatic if you want to, and by bathed in blood I mean it's mainly soaked over his right arm and there's large traces of it everywhere else. He seems amused, and simply looks himself over and mutters something about this being such a strange thing for the world to do, but it's not completely audible so people can be all wtf did you do Sei because lol.]
