Sometimes I wonder how this world really feels about me, dragging me in and out all the time. Well, I'm back again~ I wonder what happened to Pocket. I've only had him for such a short time too... I hope I wasn't gone too long- I wasn't back for very long at all, anyway.
It looks like all the animals that were around that one time have come back, though. So many cute kittens, puppies and rabbits everywhere! Have I caught this world in a good mood, then? |

It's challenging, choosing presents for the Secret Santa. But fun! It's good to see people having so much fun at this time of year~ I never thought there'd be such nice snow here either. It's hard not to like this place at least a little sometimes.
[Hmmm] I guess since I'm no longer a teacher I should find another job. Food's not much of an issue for me, but I won't be able to feed Pocket either. [Pocket = his kitten, btw]

[Attention art students!]
We haven't had a project in a while, have we?
Well, I've had some inspiration. The theme for this project is "flowers". This time, we're just going to have two dimensional pieces, like paintings or drawings~ And I'd also like a particular emotion to be part of your piece, like happiness or love, for example. It's an individual project for everyone to do, and you have two weeks! We'll be displaying these paintings around the school, so it'd be nice if everyone made something, right?
I have books if people want to borrow them. About flowers. [^^] You can choose any flowers you like, sunflowers, roses, cherry blossoms, daisies, peach blossoms, and you can have more than one. Remember to clearly involve a feeling of some emotion in the picture! You can have other things involved as well, but the main focus must be on the flowers and feelings.
I hope everyone has fun~

How do my students feel about doing another project~?
I think everyone had fun with the last one, so we're going to have another themed one, this time with... animals! [:D] It's going to be a project that will be done in pairs, so pick someone to do this with~ We can have some threes if there aren't enough people.
The basis of this project, though, is to make a moderately size model of your chosen animals. Again, you can use whatever you like- make it as eccentric as you like, or as simple and normal as you like! I have some books about animals, so just tell me if you'd like to borrow one for reference~ [I've been researching for this project ^^]
Also, since we're going to be working on the project in class too- would Yuuko-sensei mind if we worked on the project outside during class time? The weather's so nice, it would be a shame to waste it by sitting around inside a classroom~

I have a project for everyone to work on!
For your next art lesson, try to bring in some things that remind you of people close to you, or people that you love, because we're going to use whatever materials we can find - absolutely anything - to make a piece of artwork.
You can bring books, objects, toys, hair clips, whatever you like. Your piece can be a collage made out of bits and pieces of all sorts of things, or a painting - but you have to incorporate the items that you bring in into the piece. If you want, you can bring additional materials to use.
So basically, the theme of this project we're going to do is "memories of the people you love"~
